Plastisol liquid dip coating (PVC/vinyl) is
noted for its excellent physical properties including flexibility,
toughness, unlimited color selection, and abrasion and chemical resistance.
Vinyl plastisols combine these properties with the ease of liquid
application.
Combined with the use of vinyl
primer for adhesion or without, dependent on end requirement for the
coating, plastisol liquid dip coating may be fused in relatively thick sections without concern for
solvent or water blistering. It is commonly referred to as 100% solid
material.
