Industrial Coating and Finishing Services

Since 1970, Denmac Industries has applied specialty coatings and finishes to metal parts for industries ranging from aerospace to food service. Every service below is performed in-house, at our Paramount, California facility, using equipment we own and operate ourselves, not subcontracted out. That means one point of contact, one quality standard, and one team accountable for the finished part.

Coatings

Teflon Coating

Fluoropolymer coating for non-stick performance, chemical resistance, and low friction. Common on parts that need to resist adhesion or endure repeated chemical exposure.

Powder Coating

Polyester, epoxy, or glow-in-the-dark powder coatings applied via electrostatic spray, fluidized bed, or hot flocking. Durable, UV-resistant options for outdoor use and chemical-resistant options for harsh indoor environments.

Vinyl/Fluid Bed Coating

Uniform, corrosion-resistant coating suited to complex part geometries where an even coat matters as much as durability.

Cerakote Coating

Ceramic-based coating originally developed for firearms, now applied across automotive, aerospace, and industrial parts requiring exceptional heat resistance, abrasion resistance, and corrosion protection.

PVC (Plastisol) Coating

Cost-effective, impact-resistant coating for parts that need to absorb impact or vibration without cracking or chipping.

Printing and Marking

Screen Printing

High-quality printing for large, flat surfaces on metal parts, ideal for logos, branding, and instructional markings that need to hold up under regular handling.

Pad Printing

Precise printing for complex shapes and uneven surfaces where screen printing is not practical. Suited to curved, textured, or small-format parts.

Embroidery–

In-house embroidery for branded apparel and soft goods, from corporate uniforms to fan gear, using our own equipment rather than an outside vendor.

Laser Engraving

Permanent, precise marking for parts requiring serial numbers, logos, or fine detail that will not wear off with handling or exposure.
