Denmac is a top notch vendor for us. They always make sure to meet our lead times and delivery locations. The coating is excellent and they always stand by their work. Here at Russ International, all of our sheet metal products are coated to perfection at Denmac. Their cerakote work is also top level. Finding a good cerakote coater can be difficult especially when things need to be perfect. You would have a hard time finding anyone better than Denmac to do your coating for you. Thank you to everyone at Denmac for the consistant service they provide for us.

I have been a customer of Denmac for over 25 years. They are my “ONE STOP SHOP FOR ALL MY COATING NEEDS.”
I have had hundreds of items coated at Denmac. Big or small jobs you get the same professional and friendly service. Quick turn around. The owners, Mark and Jim, are coating professionals, very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. They make sure that I am always getting the best coating for my application, not just the one product they carry. They offer a multitude of coating types and thousands of colors. Their entire staff is dedicated to providing quality service and workmanship. With all that, their prices have always been amazingly fair and reasonable for the quality of product and service provided.
I have had outdoor gates, furniture and tarp poles powder coated adding years of life and they look better then new. Car, boat, ATV, motorcycle and bicycle parts powder coated. Teflon coating of pans to keep the my expensive sets like new and complete. Tools vinyl coated. More importantly, I have trusted them with expensive and sometimes not replaceable items and I have always been completely satisfied.

My mom came across a beat up wood burning antique stove at a garage sale. We took it to Denmac to see what they could do with it. They showed us our options and explained what they could do. We decided on colors and left the stove with Mark. It came out so much better than we could have hoped for. We would highly recommend Denmac to anyone thinking about having something powder coated.

I’ve been using Denmac for all the powder coating of my sculptures for easily over 25 years now. They will work with people like me, who just bring in 1 or 2 things to be coated, where others may turn you away. They also have a great selection of colors, and have ordered special colors for me when I have needed them. This is where I send my friends when they need powder coating.

We were looking for a replacement kitchen sink basket that was discontinued by Kohler Kitchen years ago. Nothing we found would fit like the original basket. Nowhere to be found we checked many powder coating companies but couldn’t find one that would re-coat our basket. Mark at Denmac Industries said to bring it by and let him take a look to see if it could be done. I just picked my basket up and it is as new and should last another 25 years. You cannot go wrong doing business with Denmac Industries. Great company!

The owner, Jim is always available and helpful with answering any question and making you feel comfortable. Will continue to do business with Jim and the Denmac team for years to come.

These guys were fantastic! We took an antique “milkdoor” to Denmac when 2 other places just didn’t know what to do with it. They cleaned up the box, straightened the dents best they could, and dipped it to match our new colors. When I saw it a couple of weeks later, I didn’t even recognize it! Now we’re putting it back in the exterior wall of our remodeled house and it looks great! Instead of throwing out a 75-year old piece of americana history, we are able to preserve it and have a display item few people today have ever seen. Awesome job, Nathan, Mark, and Jim!

I don’t always give positive reviews, but when I do, it must be exceptionally good. This means great customer service, excellent quality and best of all, price. Denmac Industries is not your typical shop, it’s a big operation and for them to take an average Joe like me blows my mind. My low pro front bumper still looks amazing after 3,000 miles. Francisco, Jaime and Mark, you guys are amazing.

I had chrome wheels powder coated black by Denmac Industries and had a great experience. I was referred by two friends of mine who had boat and classic car parts powder coated and were happy with the outcome. I spoke with Marco on the phone and when I dropped my wheels off, he was very cool and professional. I found Denmac to be well priced and friendly to deal with, not to mention they were able to get my wheels done in 3 working days (faster than expected)!!! My wheels turned out amazing and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of coating services and I will definitely be using them again on future projects.

If only I knew about Denmac when I was building my house, I would have used them for everything!
Despite being 316 [marine grade] stainless steel, I had a gate that would rust profusely within a matter of weeks and require highly abrasive red Scotch pads and 45 minutes of my time to clean every 6-8 weeks. All the DIY clear coatings I tried wouldn’t last more than a couple months.
Being oceanfront, tackling rust is something I’m used to and I am quite the expert at but clearly, this was made with low quality stainless loaded with contaminants. After dealing with this for 3 years, I concluded powder coat would be preferable over constant rusting.
Before contacting Denmac, I had pursued bids from several powder coaters in the South Bay and even one in OC. Most would not give me the time of day, since I was not some large commercial customer and this was a small job. My bid was easy too, since I had architectural drawings of the actual gate with all measurements, from when I had it made. Plus, I had already picked out the primer (Cardinal E396-GR1372) and paint (Cardinal Black Superdurable 20% Gloss) so it’s not like there were unknowns for whomever was bidding. A straightforward bid, right?
Nope! A couple refused to bid because it was too small. One well known company in the OC who bid refused it unless I brought it on a pallet. I explained a pallet wouldn’t fit in my SUV (I checked) but said I’d be happy to attach it to one when I dropped it off. They refused to provide a pallet and basically told me to get lost, in nicer words.
A well known beach cities powder coater never answered my calls for weeks. Told me to email him my info, which I did, but never heard back despite me following up once a week.
Multiple companies I spoke with refused to do the small parts. One said they were “too much of a hassle” to do.
As I widened my circumference from Manhattan Beach, I reached out to Denmac and the difference in service was night and day. The nice receptionist told me who was in charge of new customers and I asked if I could have their email address to send my info. I sent it along with photos and despite being 4 pm on Friday, Mark the president responded a short time later (5:30) with a well written, detailed email, and price quote. No games or BS. Exactly what I was looking for.
When I brought it in, the service I got on site was just as professional. The guy who helped me, I think his name was Nick, was super knowledgeable and attentive. When I showed him my small bolts and gate latch pieces, he didn’t snub them like other powder coaters. He was happy to do them!
I got the gate back quickly and now have it installed. I am so happy to have found Denmac because I tell you, contractors in the beach cities have too many rich customers paying them so they just don’t seem to put any effort in to get customers or treat small customers right.
You would think this VIP treatment was because Denmac had slow business, right? Not at all. They were busy and can be and each time I was there, I saw probably 20+ people working and the facility was jam packed with all kinds of things being painted. I was pleasantly surprised to see such a large, successful operation still treat me, the little guy, as being important too.
Not only will I use Denmac for everything in the future, but I seriously think I will still use them if I ever move to OC or San Diego. They are just so professional and worth the drive, wherever you may be.
MICHAEL D.
